Guys, listen to 0:36 around there when hes picking up his helmet... it sounds like Cortana's voice says "Chief.." seriously try and listen its wierd. And i think one of those kids at the beginning was suppose to be Master Chief as a kid maybe, before Dr. Halsley took him into training.

Its most likely John during training but before augmentation. The kids in the video seem about 8 - 12 years old and the Spartans were taken away by Dr. Halsley when they were younger than that (i forget the exact age).
