Glyph Progression. Is the Glyph perhaps a Timer or a Meter?

Anyone think the Glyph might be some display of measurement? Perhaps of Time? Perhaps it is some sort of meter measuring progress towards a directive or quota? I'm beginning to think so.

I was noticing the progression of the two glyphs taken from "StarImage1" and "StarImage2" from the servers (respectively). The outermost ring (small circle included) seem to rotate counterclockwise around the center of the glyph.

If you take the two Glyphs and follow the progression, the following photo should predict the third (if any) rendition of the glyph. I'm not sure what sort of relevance this will have on the ARG, but just thought this is interesting.

Is this the third Glyph we'll see on Starimage3.jpg when the third server is open?

If the Glyph is indeed a measurement, what in fact is it measuring???

A lot of people think it's a clock or calendar.

Also, note the glyphs on the servers themselves, the top glyph lite up for server one, now the second highest for server two, probably the middle one for 3, etc. I'm not quite sure how that relates, but there you go.

the stars the glyph seem to be around resemble orions belt to me.

maybe a lunar calender... full moon is when the dot is in the circle, no moon is when there's no dot at all, and the other ones represent different phases? or maybe it shows it's relevant position to the specific place of the ark? or it's a map, using the moon, to the huge weapon on earth? Moral of the story, not entirely sure... but just i think it has something to do with the moon and it's positioning..

What i noticed is that there is a part of the Glyph that does not move while the rest of it does. its the two lines sticking out of it.. yeahh
