There are a few interesting things right off the bat. May or may not be more.
The ever changing poem.
The "6 Phases of a Project" remind me of the monitor's names.
The Signal to Noise headline reminds me of AR.

Of course these could be coincidences....

Definitely nothing to do with the ARG. Under Six Phases of a Project, the only thing that looks like it has relevance is "Search for the Guilty". The IP isn't even CLOSE to anything Microsoft uses. It's nothing.

Signal to Noise is also the name of an old Eric Nylund novel. Could be something, even though it probably isn't. I just want to take note that this is our biggest thread ever.

Signal to Noise and A Signal Shattered are two great novels from Nylund... I bought them recently and just finished reading them. Props to him!

Okay, so my trip into Seattle was fruitless. The Parking Garage had nothing in it, and I scoured all (7!) levels searching for a glyph or anything that might be of use. A complete dead end.
