Yeah, it does sorta sound like it...and the article uses several words that keep coming up through out this ARG, like Tanzania, cradle, eastern africa, etc...

Is that place near Mombasa or whatever the correct spelling is near Vio?

If I got the location of it right then it's only around 175 miles from Jordan117's Ark Location.
