Does this image have any relevance after it has been found that the star patterns ar just as random as the scrolling text?

I'm new...but skipping formal introductions I did found something slightly interesting...

It was stated on another thread here that someone looked at the page info in Firefox, and found that the .swf file expires today at 11:00 their time (The person who found this anyway...) Looking it up myself I found that the .swf has no expiration, but the main page does...tomorrow, 29 hours, 49 minutes and some odd seconds from now...why not the exact time it reads? because if you refresh the page, for some reason the expiration date is pushed ahead from the previous reading, and is, at least I think it is, always 29 hours 49 minutes and some odd seconds (because grabbing those seconds are near impossible...but i got around 21ish...) ahead...What does this mean? any significance? or is it just me chasing something that isn't there..
