You hear what sounds like a recorded conversation, 2 men are talking about repairs(?), they mention a pasword: 402K07002 and "site 34".

That could have been anybody registering that. If it was part of the game it would already be registered long ago (I would hope). The whois says that jj from none road in Others, Oven, UK owns it.
