I was more interested in whether it was a significant location in some way. Though the actual address for that postcode would be on Holmdale Road.

There seem to be a pair of FCC adverts on http://www.loquo.com (Spain), but no postcode or street address, just city: Barcelona and Madrid. Both posted by different users: user-02788476 (Madrid) and user-014330699 (Barcelona).
