Other IPs in .60 Range

Unread post by reaperdude42 »

Has anyone with an UberTech brain done any poking around on any of the other IPs in the .60 range. We know they are all owned by MS.

A tech friend of mie told me that port 80 was listening on 206.16.223.60 and that he thought that this was quite interesting. He might as well have told me the flavour of snow flakes as it meant abosulty nothing to me, but figured it might mean somthing to one of you lot...

Whenever ive tried the .60 IP i get a message saying "we are currently unable to serve your request" Sound to me like something might happen on that IP. it may turn out to be completey unrelated but who knows.

All those IPs are being monitored for changes, but it seems at this point that 63 and 65 are the only active ones.

Does anyone else get a time out on .66 and .67, those are the only two that i dont get any kind of connection to.

Also .60s error message has the following URL attached http://creators.xna.com/error.htm?autherror=

It also has an error reporting link to this URL
http://communityserver.org/forums/128.aspx

From the looks of it id say this that .60 isnt going to lead to anything.

I tried them all after the SOTA site was discovered, I couldn't connect to any at the time if I remember.

i couldnt conect to any of them either, thats what made me think when i got that new error message on .60, but the URLs attached seem pretty standard and probably arnt related. I will give the sites a scan for any glyphs or refferences but i shant get my hopes up.

Hmmm. You may want to check out my thread on glyph angles. I noted that if you rotate the glyph on a compass to where the short line in the middle of the glyph is pointing north, you get different degrees. One of the degrees is 60, and another is 255 (Which is an obvious IP address number).

Play around with these numbers a bit.

60
130
195
255

And here's the thread in case you want to see more numbers to play with.

206.16.223.255 is just a broadcast IP for 206.16.223.*.

.61, 62, and .64 are showing some promise - have an "access denied" error up.
