Method being verified, but I am assuming this was the result of meshing the multiple outputs together to form a QR code. The QR code led to the URL http://alphalupi.bungie.net/09394972304.jpg

It's another one of those grunt-work solves that many can do... props to anyone who was able to generate a scannable QR from this puzzle - loving the methodology they're employing here
