 On the third day of this ARG... (Wednesday) At this point, you know what to do. Head over the http://alphalupi.bungie.net and follow "Wednesday" on the chart to get into the locked material. Chart provided by ncsuDuncan And as usual. You have both an output.png and a geomask.png Coordinate. Combine. Clarify.http://alphalupi.bungie.net/data/27373937/output.png Active Baselines:http://alphalupi.bungie.net/data/27373937/geomask.png Frequency gaps detected. Additional global observatories required.Your node will remain active for 5 minutes, but may be reactivated as necessary.
Distributed, synchronous effort required.Now, since it appears that they are fairly "solid", it leads me to believe that there is a different method to decrypt the hidden message. Then again, I might be wrong.

Re: On the third day of this ARG... (Wednesday) Sorry for double posting, but this is necessary to point out. At 12:01am, here was the geomask.png and output.png provided by the site.  CONFIRMED: geomask.png and output.png is varied depending on number of users.

Re: On the third day of this ARG... (Wednesday) I have been on the #alphalupi IRC channel for a while and here is what they have come up with. Again, Fourien method was involved.  Our current belief is that this leads to a directory in alphalupi.bungie.net What we can make out currently is 33143985/??088???
