Flood Contaiment Control number changed!! Morse code?
Hello, this is the first time I have discoverend a major Iris event on my own, so I may be wrong. Last night I accedetnly dialed the Flood Contaiment Control number, and somthing answered! It sounded like dial-up noise, but I tried dialing the number with HyperTerminal, but nothing happened. The noise at first sounded like dial-up noise, but I can defenently hear a repeting, 4 second transmission. I recognized it as morse code! They might be trying to tell us something via morose code! I reconized the noise because I have a police scanner, and hear the morse code transmissions all the time (this specific type is commonly used by amature radio). If anyone knows morse code, they can be a big help here!

That is the sound of a fax machine...the phone is hooked up to it, producing that sound, like dial-up internet.
