no the bar over the psi symbol is used to show the mean. Also known as an overbar. The arithmatic mean is interpreted as the solution divided by the number of values in the equation. i wish i just knew what that thing under psi is. i could prolly solve it then.

Also... if what is said above is true... maybe the value we are looking for is the median. we have mode and mean already... and those are the main three things in statistics.
