Looks like it may be of large importance, but seems to be only a part of a puzzle...

I don't believe this is ARG related for the moment (most likely just HALO 3 related), and thus posted this at HBO. Maybe they can find out something interesting. I'll leave this topic open for now until more developments occur at HBO.
