does anybody know how to re-encode the flv server vids to another format? ive tried a bunch of programs, but haven't had any luck, i believe it involves an "On2 VP6" codec, but i cant get that working either, any information would be appreciated, or the name of whoever re-encoded the first one, thanks

FLV? That's the same format used for Youtube and all other flash-based video services, isn't it? Do a search on how to save youtube videos and maybe that will apply to here.

if you are willing to work with tricky software and annoying codec files, graphedit may be for you.

well its taken some digging, but i think i got it, its called FLV Extract, this program will extract the audio and video of the flv files, just leaving you to merge them in any video editing software

for those who want to know, you can download it here:

P.S. i think this could be a useful addition to a resources page, if theres one for programs

All three have been there since the night Server 03 went up, although the server 03 video has a slight aspect ratio issue.

That program works REALLY well though, I'll work on making sure all the videos are all correct tonight. Thanks for that link!

Originally, someone else did them for me (sassafras), but I just re-uploaded them after converting them with the program you posted, and I'm adding them to the resource section. Very good program!

(If you wanna know, I combined the avi and mp3 with Window Movie Maker)
