SOTA in Time Square...Again? + Server 5 Update

Currently, there are some people in yellow shirts, walking up and down this street, and they seem to be handing out stuff. What exactly? I don't know.
You may have to switch between cams to get the best view(Note: Cam 2 has a zoom feature).

There are currently(what looks like) protestors, who can be seen in Cam 2, right in the heart of the street.

Wait a second- someone has to get one of those. They may have what we need to get to the next server, they may have started giving those slips at the times mentioned on TAL!

Yesterday, everyone on the Bungie.net forums were going crazy with the cameras here. They kept saying that all the dudes in red were gangsters but all of the guys on the camera were wearing what looked like Identification Cards or something, some sort of tag, around their necks and they were trying to hand out stuff.
I really doubt it's ARG related and I guess I missed the possible SOTA guys. Anyone take a picture of them by chance?
