alright, here's an idea for code breaking that I could use some people's help on.

We've taken that the string on the header "3463 5467K" to say "Find Kiosk". So I looked through the encrypted string and only found 2 possible places where the word "kiosk" could be. Namely, "qcekq" and "hyfth". If either of those strings represent the word "kiosk" then that could be a start for a replacement cypher.
