But requires keys. These keys were supposedly acquired this morning at the server 01 site.
The server 01 site has returned to normal, but existing keys no longer work. Registering does not send a key to our emails.
Thus, we are left with a couple possibilities:
A. MS will open a new key distribution site. KEEP EYES OPEN FOR IT!

The arrow after "The Path" takes you to the registration site we already know of. We MUST wait until this page reappears, or MS fixes the site and old keys are usable.
B. Microsoft assumes old key will work. They are wrong.
So...we should assume A is the possibility until B is proved correct (if its correct at all).
EDIT: Further proof that B. is more of a reality...MS at H3.com claims keys are activated...yet they don't work.

at the moment it is possible to register, but then only to reach the page where you need to enter your key to unlock the server. However no keys seem to be working, whether from Server01, this morning, or otherwise.
no one really knows yet. its just speculated that bungie or E3 will give it to us...
i dont really know how theyre going to give about a hundred keys, really. but we'll see...
