im seeing a bunch of weird news regarding keys servers flood containment and such, can someone explain wats goin on?

On 7/7/7 folks started to find adverts for a company called "Flood Containment Control," the phrase that appears on the slide from Server 5. The adverts are accompanied by the ever-mysterious glyph.
The phone number (A toll-free 888 number) attached to these adverts works. It has so far rung to three different messages, which are chronicled in the "New clue!!" thread, as well as the "third message change" thread.
No new information about a server.
