I thought that none of the number sites had to do with Iris at all, and those sites aren't on Microsoft servers, which every single Halo ARG server has been that I know of. (Obviously not including HBO posts)

notice possible sites to the arg and it would be a mighty coincidence for all of the sites to be "under construction"

Or the sites just don't have anything planned for them and are being owned by speculators (sp?) until someone offers to buy one of the domains.

It is hard to say... On one hand, none of these sites seem to have anything to do with MS. On the other, it is interesting that they are all "Under Construction." The problem with the construction thing is that there are many, many sites on the web that have some sort of "Under Construction" pic or text on them that never gets changed... I think that's the most likely explanation.
