Hidden Text in Server 5 Video?

OK guys, here goes:
I was watching the video on the server 5 site, and noticed something. Whereever there is "{//}" on the transcript, there is extra text in the video. It seems to only show up for one frame. I can definately see it changing to the text, but I don't have a capture program fast enough to get the frame out. Anybody want to give it a shot?
