When's the Next event expected? The next Lunar cycle

Just wondered how we will find out about the next server countdown.

I was looking at this post viewtopic.php?f=12&t=442&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a about the SOTA application pdf file. They state they will review applications after the next lunar cycle. Which is around the 28th/29th of june... I think

if we have to wait that long for new stuff, someone is dead. i dont know who, but it will deffinetly be a someone.
