It appears the countdown page has been replaced with a floating Forerunner device. I could find 5 spots to click on..4 downloads files of Flood containment stuff and one seems to be about the activation of Halo. The last plays some odd video thing. There are two lines of dialogue that I can't seem to figure out. However what's clear is that it's related to some Forerunner.
