To MulletedOne: We can't throw out this idea yet. If you enter it in degrees and decimals, it does go to the edge of the crater in Mt. Elgon. How do we know that Bungie wanted us to use degrees and minutes rather than decimals? Until we find otu why the clock has really stopped at that specific time, everything is fair game.
However, the topic I linked to already has 15 pages of discussion in it, so I'm locking this thread.
