You can still access the Bungie.net site, though. Click on the bottom right corner, where it says "STATISTICAL PROCESSING CONTINUES."

"Click it or ticket" refers to seatbelts.

There's a mongoose on Cold Storage, right? Kind of odd how they drew attention to that previously.

Has anyone tried hitting the start button while in the mongoose on cold storage?

(fixing accidental double post)

Just to repeat my findings here that I posted over on HBO forums earlier..

I ran into the "Death Angel (109)" message this morning (same one that Syrup mentioned in here yesterday).

Please notice, although the folks of HBO went on to decribe how that message appeared during Iris and on the terminals and on the SPecial Edition 360, Their version is spelled differently.. their's is "Death Angle (108)"

Not knowing any of that (or indeed, not knowing that syrup had already found it), I plugged it into google:
"Death Angel (109)"

It returned a single result.. the calendar on "Game not Over" forums. the actual match was a user on that forum named "Death Angel" had claimed that they were born in 1900. The resulting calendar entry was a dead match for it.

The date of that entry is January 1st, 2009.

Personally, I suspect that's a release date, but for what..? (Chronicles, Halo wars, Movie?)

Bungie was adamant in stating that the Story arc was over.. but perhaps this tells us that the "Game's not over" yet.

The "Death Angel" person joined those forums on 09-09-2006. Which might even indicate why the numbers have changed. (109) is for 2009, (108) would be for last year.. (no telling if they changed their birthdate at all).

Yeah deadguy it says 108 not 109.
Im still trying to find if it has any relevance to the Halo
story. I only found a couple of things Bungie-related.
First off, there are 108 polyominoes of order 7. How very
Bungie. Its also the ten code for officer down, and it also
is a line of longitude: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/108th_meridian_west

Bungie.net has returned to normal. Just noting that for everyone here.
