Post subject:  FORUM WARNING: SPAM/FLAMING

Recently, the amount of spam and flaming in the discussion forum has gone through the roof. I am letting everyone here know that this will not be tolerated.

Spam includes, but is not limited to, the following:

-Replying to a topic saying "agree", "true", or not adding to anything
-Being off-topic (Do not reply to a thread titled "Server 05 Discussion" with "lol I like cats, bai")
-Telling someone the information they posted is old without providing a proper link to when and where
-Starting a thread with an idea, but offering no reasons or details about why you think the idea has merit or relation to IRIS.

Flaming includes, but is not limited to, the following:

-Telling someone they are not wanted for being new
-Calling anyone names in any form
-Calling someone "new" (I'm being nice here) for posting something old
-Telling someone to stop posting because they haven't been here the whole time

Also, there are moderators on this forum for a reason. A little help is appreciated, but mini-mods (users who think they are mods) just add to the problem by causing disputes.

Unr3al Edit: If you want to be a mini-mod, please use the report button, its in the bottom right hand corner of a persons quote, its shaped as a exclamation point...

Do not get off-topic. I've spent the last hour-and-a-half cleaning this forum up, and I'm still not done. Thanks.

I knew someone would bring that up the second I posted this. Thanks for getting it out of the way immediately ;)
