It might be the 16th where you are, but Bungie's time is Pacific time so you would have to wait 2 more hours.

To bring up a point raise in other threads - the speed of the random text and scrolling hasn't changed, the speed of disappearing stars hasn't changed, the star generation is still entirely random, and nothing about the TAL website has changed at all since midnight, as of 9:15AM EDT.
I also have a tracker set up to check last modified dates and changes to content, and nothing's been changed yet. For instance, the main page being served at TAL.com has been static as it is since the evening of August 3rd, as of right now.
The mind can easily play tricks on you, and we've seen plenty of examples for that since we found the website, trying to pull signal from the noise, where this is only noise...
When there's an update, we'll know there's an update.
