more then less likely. a phone # would be comprised of only numbers and letters, this contains unique characters such as /, *, -, ^, #, <. only two of which are on a phone panel.

I figured that aswell, until I saw the "random" value found in an xml code, within the html:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
- <messages>
<message msgString="NEW YORK // 081607 //" random="true" />
<message msgString="SEATTLE // 081607 //" random="true" />
<message msgString="LOS ANGELES // 081607 //" random="true" />
</messages>

http://www.akqa-staging.com/topsecret.xml
This could either be random cycling or random values.
Omega Hunter 9 wrote: The only problem with that is that there were 10 characters flashing before the the date came up, 10 could be the cap of figures, but it could be less.
And if what Omega says is true, than it wouldn't hint at much.

this could be the sequel to the waveform found in server 02. Maybe its because im tired or has anyone else noticed that there are 7 halos and humanity has found 2 of them and only 5 remain, 5 servers = 5 halos left?

Eh, the hole in that is that 6 are operational and I don't think that the servers are based on discovery. If anything, the 6th should have been found easiest since we're on Delta Halo.

NEW YORK // 081607 // ------
SEATTLE *// 081607 //* ------
LOS ANGELES // 081607// ------

Stars sprite in the background, every 2:00 two of them flash at the above location for 0:16.
this could narrow it down more. if something is happening in the cities then this would signify that whatever is happening in Seattle is more important.

Well, I don't get those either. Are you talking about the flashing stars, because they're just random too, and not around any particular word.
