maybe there is, if one of the mods can see what email it registerd with and send one to it asking it something and see what comes back

There's no reason to assume, of course, that they didn't intentionally register an account for just that purpose.
But the safest bet is: Wait a few hours, see if the post was locked/deleted. I doubt a hoaxed AR account would stay around for long.

AdjutantReflex was registered by a fan. I've locked the name out; it's unusable at this point. I suppose if someone (or some THING) has mad hacking skillz, that might change...

If you were thousands of years old, I think time is all you would really have to be obsessed about.
