Show caution here. Semantics may leave room for misinterpretation. That event has already transpired. Threats to array integrity will be taken seriously.

Perhaps we shouldn't tell him what MC does to Installation 04. (Assuming, of course, that the Halos constitute the Array.)

Why should he believe us? I'd like to try it nonetheless, but i think the odds of it having an effect on the ARG are slim. But people who know me will know I'm the worlds largest cynic, so I'd recommend giving it a shot anyway.
