I think he's done guys. A few things about the bot. If you ask it a question it can't answer, it gives you a standard reply, ie.

ANY time there is a space like that, the bot doesn't know the answer. It's not being cryptic, it's being stupid.

There are certain keywords that create truly unique answers, with a finite answer. If he uses your question to phrase his answer, it is nothing, trust me. What is your age? = 58. Why are you so old? = "How old should I be?" See the difference?

When you start a conversation with it, it just goes off topic on random things.

I think when he says where "the place where the earth stands still". He is referring to Kenya.

Well the equator runs straight through Kenya and we know that is where Halo 3 takes place(New Mombasa).
Also the equator is crosses a place where there is a road connected directly to Mombasa which may be the level Bungie was talking about with the highway.
