Looks like a natural formation to me. Plus a low res image from crappy virtual earth viewer.

Yeah I like the Pacman thingy. did not see that at first.

sorry. at first, it looked like a good find, but after posting the google pic and realising that the circle ridge was there and some snow and shadows, it just seems that the eyes see what the mind wants.
