Ah, okay. Now I understand where you were coming from lol. Nice on the band comment by the way. It's ironic, my band has been trying to find a good name for a couple weeks now :P

As Iris has progressed, I honestly get the feeling that Humanity and Forerunner aren't related, but rather the Forerunner watched us for some reason. The ideas proposed by SOTA seems to point at alien INTERVENTION in human history, not a physical relation to the aliens in question. Just my two cents.

That's a good point, too. The Halo comic showing the tribesman watching the Sentinels (?) appears to support your theory, Lurono. :)
