I don't think so, that was discovered before the ARG, things that was discovered before we began doens't seem to count

i think it is a part of the arg personally, why else would it be there, and we dont knowhosw long this arg has been planned, theres (kinda) proof they may have even put clues in announcment trailer etc keep an open mind

It is absolutely connected to the ARG. See AR's last message, on June 29: http://args.bungie.org/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=554The computer-y text that begins the message is written in the same style, contains a reference to "ghost.713," and is now printed on the Halo 360. So whatever it is and however it ends up becoming useful, it's definitely relevant.
