Just a couple ideas... Someone mentioned that it was 32 characters (If I remember correctly.) Is there a possibility that there's a wireless network at these locations, and this could be a pass-phrase? Or perhaps some sort of Public-Shared-Key sort of thing for another encrypted message to come?

awesome, I didn't notice that. Thanks for saving me time with that first set of numbers :D
This spells FIND KIOSK on a phone pad.
(from encoded message thread)

So I'm guessing we need to bring 360 memory cards to these locations with kiosks.

The kiosk I went to as I said earlier had nothing on it besides a couple demos (none relating to halo 3).

The kiosk at the EB I went to was locked up in a case.

A lot of the kiosks have a spot on the case near where the controllers hook up for a memory card.

I called the Target near my apartment and there was no new Halo 3 display. So it must be kiosk downloaded content.

Kiosks don't connect to the net though, do they?

Maybe there is a time activated piece of code in the kiosk.

The sat image is a minimum of 15 years old. I live in Lebanon, TN. I live about 2 blocks from the GameCrazy/Hollywood Video here. I found the store on the sat map and retraced the streets back to where my house should be. Only 20 acres of woods. No subdivision. Could this be related to the 37 year old time stamp on the #3 Bungie webcam? Grasping at straws here I know.
