Darn, I just finished compiling a list of all the IP adresses that it could be, and now there is another number found. Having 5 just rose the number of permutations from 24 to 120.

Well, here is the list of possibilities using only 4 numbers (Which is now useless, I guess)
First assuming that the number is 102
  • 15.102.105.50
    15.102.50.105
    15.105.102.50
    15.105.50.102
    15.50.105.102
    15.50.102.105
    102.15.105.50
    102.15.50.105
    102.105.15.50
    102.105.50.15
    102.50.105.15
    102.50.15.105
    105.102.15.50
    105.102.50.15
    105.50.15.102
    105.50.102.15
    105.15.102.50
    105.15.50.102
    50.102.105.15
    50.102.15.105
    50.105.102.15
    50.105.15.102
    50.15.105.102
    50.15.102.105
Assuming the number is 104
  • 15.104.105.50
    15.104.50.105
    15.105.104.50
    15.105.50.104
    15.50.105.104
    15.50.104.105
    104.15.105.50
    104.15.50.105
    104.105.15.50
    104.105.50.15
    104.50.105.15
    104.50.15.105
    105.104.15.50
    105.104.50.15
    105.50.15.104
    105.50.104.15
    105.15.104.50
    105.15.50.104
    50.104.105.15
    50.104.15.105
    50.105.104.15
    50.105.15.104
    50.15.105.104
    50.15.104.105

Interesting idea Caboose. Doesn't it seem like MSBungie will try something different with the numbers instead of an IP address? Also, it seems like the Halo 3 showed the IP in clearly defined way.

Good point. I knew it was a very low chance that it was another IP, but I figured that I might as well try as many ways as possible, just in case. I'll go ahead and try all the ip permutations anyways, and I'll post again to say that they all failed (or if by some incredibly unlikely chance one of them works, I'll post that too)

I have to think that these numbers are somehow tied to the Flood Control Center password since they are both going on at the same time. We've got to solve this!

I was wondering what site that this was taken from if someone could give me a link plz.

Also the site does it load info from webtrends? if so we can tag it as being offical. Halo 3, the SOTA, and the server all loaded info from Webtrends so it might be usefull to check to see if this page does too.

What order should they go in? In the comic, the numbers went from upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right (like a comic).

In the Picture he find the numbers 15, 102, 105, and 50
102 possibly is 104. Possible IP address combos include (In Microsoft's format):

102.15.105.50 ... Failed
102.50.105.15 ... Failed
105.15.102.50 ... Failed
105.50.102.15 ... Failed

With 104

104.15.105.50 ... Failed
104.50.105.15 ... Failed
105.15.104.50 ... Failed
105.50.104.15 ... Failed

I checked the IPs

Failed means that the IP Address doesn't exist. It doesn't surprise me due to the fact that none of the Numbers match Bungie's servers.

129 doesn't fit either so I'm not going through the trouble of tracked all of those possibilities.
