It looks like the halls that the floaty server things were in.
EDIT: I just checked it out. There's only three halls, and they all look the same.

If anything, it
sorta kinda looks like the 5th server hallway if you rotate it 90 degrees and hadn't seen the server hallway for long time. Translation: this is nothing.

I'm still trying to work out exactly what the "big hint" is. We know Truth's ship is Forerunner in origin. We know the servers are Forerunner in origin. Similar hallways/backgrounds are not exactly revelatory.
