My RSS feed picked this up from Halo.msn. Basically another article saying its over and slapping the MS lap dogs on the back. However some good news the story from Iris will carry over to Halo 3!

I'm so disappointed in this ARG. At least with ilovebees, there was an entire 6 hour audio story that had a beginning and an end. Even if it had no real ties to Halo 2, it was complete. I felt completely satisfied after ilovebees because the end goal was actually something tangible that we could listen to. What do we have now after Iris? Nothing.

That's because even though "IRIS" is over, there is still much more story being fed from this in Halo 3. Also, the main purpose of this "ARG" was to clear up some of the more disputed story facts that could make or break many theories.

Well I'd love to see a comprehensive list of these "story facts" that have been cleared up. To me, the information revealed throughout all 5 servers has been nothing but cryptic in nature, and has lead to more questions than actual answers.

A. Humans are NOT decendants of the Forerunners. Highly disputed until now and was a support for many theories.
B. Flood were NOT created by the Forerunners. Also disputed and was also a support for many theories.
