also note that on that last strip you can actually "control" the writing.... click on it and you get a bunch of numbers

Click on some of the panels. Numbers appear. The last comic page shows numbers:

These only appear as I click and hold down and move. Wtf?

I've got 206 in the first frame, 16/223 in the second, and 65 in the third. Phone number, maybe?

I don't think so... This probably has to do with the server puzzles...

I bet whoever found the comic link jumped the gun and the server is set to block access until they are ready.You are not authorized to view this page
