Click on some of the panels. Numbers appear. The last comic page shows numbers:

"206"
"16/223"
"65"

These only appear as I click and hold down and move. Wtf?

last Page...

you can move the top left and bottom panels
click the top right a bunch of times

it reveals an IP

http://206.16.223.65/

I'm getting a "this ip isn't allowed" message.

I've got 206 in the first frame, 16/223 in the second, and 65 in the third. Phone number, maybe?

I don't think so... This probably has to do with the server puzzles...

EDIT: This was in response to the phone number theory. Nice find about the MS IP address...
