DHalo, in Goldwave, open the original and use the Invert effect, then open the new file - copy the inverted sound and paste (mix) it over the new file. You'll negate all the similar data leaving only the difference between the two sounds.

people, the length of the chirp period is exactly 5.381 seconds - it's a looping background sound mp3 that can be extracted from the flash source.

Just FYI, I've also analyzed the chirp in the sound file after extracting the sound from the Flash See my notes here regarding it. (image of the waveform included) I took the original sound file and subtracted from the new one, which left the chirp in its purest form. Haven't found a thing yet. It's...
