The reason why they are only doing it in Seattle is because that is where their HQ is. And I don't think they have enough people to spare to take it to any other city. They have some of there more known developers out and about promoting Halo 3 and they can't spare to send more out. Halo 3 is 99% do...

Again, all signs point to this being over in early September. The signs: Jonas is coming back August 28th, "Tomorrow..." hasn't happened yet, and Microsoft themselves have also said the ARG will go until near Halo 3's launch.
