Re: ESPN.com - Halo 4 ARG?

I wish I had Anniversary. I find these numbers to be interesting -- the numbers which look like IP addresses, but have more values than an IP address would have. All the terminals start with numbers as well, and the code displayed on ESPN mentions the terminals a lot. What could their relationships...

Re: ESPN.com - Halo 4 ARG?

I've been looking into how IPv6 works, and it appears IPv6 addresses omit zero value spaces at the end and in the middle of addresses. Often signifying this with a double colon. Now if this is IPv6 but using periods instead of colons, then perhaps that is exactly why there is double period. The 'mi...

Re: ESPN.com - Halo 4 ARG?

862..293.342.3487.2 This is some kind of IP address, I think, or other kind of address, as the line that follows immediately after is thanksshk terminal which in relation to the access(?) coding two lines above it is either another instruction directed at the terminal, or some other kind of connect...

Anything yet?

First, go back and watch the full Halo 4 bit from E3.

Is there are there any symbols or numbers we can mess with, or is it a face-value trailer?

Re: Where did all the Forerunner go Theory?

I like this a lot, but where does the human/Forerunner connection fit into the idea? If the Forerunner planned to fire the Halos, step out from behind their shields, and continue as normal, why are we "reclaimers," and what are we supposed to reclaim? Why do we have some special relations...

An interview with more fun facts.

Still feels a bit odd looking at this again from a third-person viewpoint. Getting involved in a RP or ARG...it sort-of becomes your world for as long as it lasts. Nice to see the extra content though!

(For those of you who watch anime but don't aren't familiar with the name Steven Blum, four roles where he uses the "Steven Blum voice" include Roger Smith from The Big O, Tom from Toonami, Spike from Cowboy Bebop and Mugen from Samurai Champloo. Tor those of you who don't watch anime, he...

Re: Summary

I swear that I've heard that voice in at least one anime somewhere. Either way, it's interesting to attach a voice to the character. To me it sounded a bit more suave than the voice I'd handed him in my head, but that's probably because I only really started participating about the time things turne...
