The Covenant use Forerunner glyphs on a lot of their stuff. It is thought that Elites know how to speak the language, they seem to speak it in the Halo Graphic Novel. I believe there is even a Forerunner glyph on plasma grenades.

Another FYI. The server has changed from "Server 05 Open" to "Server Open". Someone is definitely messing with the server.

It has always been in the video. I have the video saved from the very first day and the glyph was at the end of the video like it is currently.

Yes, it seems to be another countdown. It has a pattern. It seems to click every 5 seconds but sometimes it does it in 6. The pattern doesn't seem to mean anything yet.
