its been determined that "the device" doesnt really respond to 719Hz at all. It responds to decibel levels. Try saying something into the mic, i activated it by just saying 1, 2, 3, 4 loudly into the microphone. never bothered using 719Hz. Well there you go. I was kinda hoping I had the s...
