Technically, the server was unlocked around 1:30-ish AM EST. Given that the unlock event appeared to be synchronized with midnight on the east coast, I wouldn't expect anything more until the 18th.

This appears to be a glitch in the SWF. The "hidden button" is the same button that starts the video. It appears the button positions are not properly reset to the new rotation of the server.

I agree with DHalo. The error message is being generated by your browser. (Are you using Firefox?) The line in the source looks like it is supposed to be a remark. IE gives more detail on this error.
