What/who is IRIS
To me, "iris" sounds much like "virus". Perhaps through the years, the name has been misinterpruted, forgotten, translated incorrectly, or something to that effect. It would make sense, if Adjutant Reflex is a computer program/AI, and a virus attacked it.

The countdown timer, which stops in roughly 2 days, is thought to announce the begining of the ARG. So it hasn't "Officially" started yet (or has it?).

Apparently there is a countdown timer and it ends in roughly 2 days. I would guess this is when the ARG "Officially" begins.
