Sorry, 343 guilty spark couldn't exist in this ARG (unless he gets sent back in time). He didn't encounter humans until Halo 1 (the human history line)/

Most likely, the 2 IP's in the game are IP's that microsoft assigned to the ARG. The IP that the reply came back from is most likely the microsoft web server IP address.
