That is deffinately a completly new glyph that doesn't appear anywhere else in the ARG. It looks like the AR glyph but without the small circle in the very middle. The question is when was this supposed to be put on display so the public could see it? If it is anything like the ads we aren't suppose...

It's definitely suspect that the numbers are in the concept art, but i'm hoping they aren't clues, because if they are, then the immersion level of the ARG for me is shot. When I did the same thing I got the accountants Iris first, IRIS: Incorperated Research Institutions for Seismology were the sixth result. Bungie probably came across both if they did a search, it doesn't mean either has any significance.

True they would have done some research, but there are dozens probably hundreds of uses of the name Iris outside of the mythology and I doubt Bungie checked out all of them.

I doubt it. They are not the sort of organisation you hear of unless you move in that particular feild. Even if Bungie was aware of them they are fine Iris isn't copyrighted as it is a mythological term.

Nice idea but there is no connection. They are a real life organisation who have been around for quite a while. I would wager that Bungie was not aware of them when they started planning Iris. As for the seismic event, you could pick any point on the planet and there would be a good chance of there ...

I really can't see them pulling anything off anyway. Any sign of something like a protest and the police are likely to move them along. Trying to place anything on or around the stones is likely to annoy the druids and/or English Heritage and end up getting the Police involved. It will probably end ...
