Not to go off-topic. A bit of light humour. Clicking nattyhaze's Google link showed me "Flood Containment Control" links in Leeds and Manchester, UK. We've had a lot of rain in the UK recently. One of the worst hit, Sheffield, is not to far from Leeds. I'm picturing some poor soul in Sheff...
