We need a team of super elite hackers who not only will get arrested due to what they do, but will end up being hired by Microsoft to counter hackers so that they can get us ARG info from the inside. Of course, all of this arresting and hiring would have to take place in a matter of one or two days...

That's the APS facility, which is linked by the SOTA website. The "limbs" on the outside of the glyph line up pretty well with the roads leaving the complex...
