For people who still the scrolling text, CLEAR your cache if using Firefox, and delete temporary internet files if on IE.

There was an increase in speed added to the already increased speed of the text.

A mod gives it to you. You just have to be on mod's good side.

The channel is an IRC chat channel. You need a IRC client to be able to chat in it.

It might be the 16th where you are, but Bungie's time is Pacific time so you would have to wait 2 more hours.

It only takes 2 min to make one at the most, and they are free. What do you think will happen when it is updated? A password, Ip address, a clue word that we need to search for? At this point it could be anything. I'm thinking a new link for more info. I doubt the server would open tomorrow because...

I doubt that Bungie would update it exactly at Midnight though. I mean is there anything that was updated exactly at Midnight?

But I think this is the first time where we know what date and what site to check, so I don't know, it could happen.
